Yoga with Simon
Simon has practiced yoga for more than 10 years. He completed his yoga teacher's training certification in India in 2005 with the International Sivananda organisation and now teaches yoga classes around Peterborough.
The classes consist of breathing exercises, physical posture and relaxation time. Regular practice of these aspects can help build core body strength, strengthen the immune system, allow the practitioner to control mental stress more effectively and promote a feeling of wellbeing.
Yoga can help ease a wide range of ailments but if you do have any health concerns please let the teacher know before the class begins.
