Targeted Youth Support Service (TYSS)
Adolescence is a time of great potential and opportunity, and also one where all young people engage in more risk taking behaviour as they prepare for adulthood and test boundaries.
The Peterborough Targeted Youth Support Service was created in September 2018 and works primarily with young people age 13 to 19 and up to 25 in some circumstances. We have a range of services offering support for young people with emerging needs thorough to complex issues.
We offer a variety of way to access to our services such as drop-ins, group activities, 1:1 mentoring, personal support and advocacy.
The TYSS works with a number of partners, schools, the police, courts, children's social care, Early Help service and others. To access our services there is a range of referral routes, to find out more see useful documents at bottom of this page.
