We meet every Tuesday from 9 am and finish at 3 pm. The day centre caters for around 70 people and is run by volunteers. The drop in session includes: tea & coffee a 2-course lunch more tea & coffee bingo activities knitting

St George's Aquatic physiotherapy sessions
Fridays 9am to 12pm
Aquatic physiotherapy sessions have started at St George's Community Hydrotherapy Pool . These sessions will run on Fridays 09:00 - 12:00 (over 18s) only. The cost is £20 per session per session or £50 for a block booking of sessions. Payment will be taken on booking.
