We support people who are living with a terminal illness, a neurological condition or who have lost a loved one - we are there when it matters.
Coronavirus update 20/4/2020
On the evening of 23rd March, the Prime Minister announced new rules that everyone must follow to help tackle the coronavirus emergency to limit the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and to help to protect our vulnerable patients and staff.
Therefore, with immediate effect, to reduce the spread of the virus and reduce the risk of exposure to our existing patients and frontline staff, our Sue Ryder Centres are completely closed to visitors.
Exceptions can only be made on compassionate grounds if visiting a loved one in the very last days of life. In these circumstances one visitor is permitted per day at specified times as agreed with the Nurse in charge of the Service.
However anyone who is self-isolating because they or a member of their household have symptoms of COVID-19 must not visit under any circumstances.
All of our charity shops are currently closed and we are currently unable to provide our free furniture collection
