We provide day service sessions with the overall aim of supporting carers and those they care for, including those with memory problems and dementia. Our sessions are designed so the carer can get a break from there caring role, enabling them to have some time to themselves.
Each group session is designed to meet the needs of the individual and is person-centred.
Themed activities, nutritious healthy lunch, snacks and drinks are available throughout the day. We have a quiet space for people if needed and carers are able to join us at the end of each session.
Groups are small, with a maximum of 8 people attending at any one time.

People are able to refer themselves to our service. We are happy to meet people in person to discuss our service and complete the assessment form. This form will need completing before attending any of our sessions.
