Meadows Care is totally committed and motivated to providing high quality, specialist residential, educational and therapeutic services for vulnerable young people. We operate a 18 small homes, some rural based and many within the community. All homes are furnished and decorated to an excellent standard and are specifically selected in desirable areas, to encourage our young people to take pride in their surroundings and to enable them to participate in activities within their community. The homes offer a relaxed nurturing environment.   We adopt a holistic approach in which care, therapy and education work together to develop bespoke packages to meet the individually assessed needs of each young person.   The majority of the young people we care for have experienced trauma and instability in their lives and this is reflected in their behaviour. Many have experienced multiple placement breakdowns and we feel it is our role to ensure that our young people develop positive attachments and are able to flourish.   Staff actively promote all aspects of the children's lives, such as encouragement of hobbies and being taught to value and look after all aspects of their health.
