Dance is one of our newest sessions in our disability sports programme. You can come and learn routines, create your own style or just have fun dancing to some great songs!
Suitable for everybody, regardless of ability, physical restrictions or age - dance is for everyone!
We welcome anyone who wants to dance; including wheelchair users!
The current session is aimed at adults and school groups but hope with increasing demand we can offer a session aimed at children out of school hours.
Through this project we hope to hold some dance festivals where the participants can win awards for their own:
- dance routines
- individual moves
- routines delivered by the instructor
- poses
- all round energy & enthusiasm
