Updated: 9th April 2020
As a valued customer, we want to thank you for your support during this very difficult time and our temporary closure.
We are continuing to work hard to reschedule as many shows as possible and are making direct contact via email with all ticket holders. If you have not given us an email address, we will be phoning or writing to you as soon as possible. Please bear with us, as we are working with a reduced remote workforce during this time.
Further to government advice, we are extending our initial period of closure and are now planning to re-open on 4th July with Joe McElderry. Naturally we will be following all further government advice and will adapt this date if necessary.
For all affected performances, if it can be rescheduled, your tickets can be transferred to the new date. If this is not suitable, or the performance is unable to be rescheduled, your account can be credited with the same amount for use in the future, or of course you are entitled to a full refund.
Some customers have asked how they can help during these challenging times – We are extremely grateful to those customers who weren’t able to make their rescheduled show and have donated their ticket towards the upkeep of the theatre, ensuring that we can re-open soon and bring you even more first-class productions.
This list will be updated as and when we receive confirmation from our partner producers.
If your affected performance is not listed, please bear with us – we are working on it as quickly as possible.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? Please do nothing until you receive direct communication from us via email, post or telephone. This will explain what you should then do.
Please do not attempt to contact the Box Office, as phone lines are not manned and we are working on a reduced workforce.
