Gymtasticz

Gymtasticz is a small but friendly partially accessible Gymnastic club, we provide a variety of gymnastic opportunities in a safe and fully equipped gym, including a sprung floor area, and a tumble track. We are open Monday to Friday in the evening and Saturday morning. We offer both integrated sessions during the week and a designated disability session on a Saturday. Our Coaches are fully qualified and are also DBS checked and have had Safeguarding training. We aim to improve fitness and confidence and introduce new skills. Group sessions also aim to give opportunities for social skills development with a wider group of young people. If wanted there may also be oportunities to participate and train for competitions.   The specific needs and age of participant will depend on the need for parent/carer assistance/support.
