Orton Longueville Playgroup

This setting offers places for both 30 Hours Free Childcare and Free Childcare For Twos

Orton Longueville Playgroup was set up in 1969 for children from the local community, we have grown over the years and now provide pre-school education for children from 2 1/2 to 4 years. We moved into our new building in September 2013 and have continued to develop and improve the setting.

We are run by a committee made up of parents and the staff who are responsible for the day to day running of the Playgroup.

We are a Registered Charity and a member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance. We are also registered with and inspected by OFSTED, at our last two inspections in May 2011 and May 2016 we were rated "outstanding" in all areas (click on date to read the report). 

The Playgroup has also been awarded the National Quality Assurance in The Effective Early Learning programme in July 2008 and the Peterborough CSP Quality Framework Award. In April 2012 we received the EQUIP award from Early Years in Peterborough

A Registration fee of £20.00 per child is charged on enrolment, unless when your child starts at the setting they are only accessing their free entitlement from the Government Funding for 2,3 and 4yr olds, in which case the registration fee is waived.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays

Early Drop off 8.10am or 8.40am

AM session 9.10am - 11.40am

Lunch Club 11.40am - 12.10pm

PM session 12.10pm - 2.40pm

Late Pick up 3.10pm or 3.40pm

Thursday (Pre-school children only)

Early Drop off 8.10am or 8.40am

Full day 9.10am - 2.40pm

Late Pick up 3.10pm or 3.40pm
