Dru Yoga

Dru Yoga consists of gentle, flowing  sequences of movements, often performed slowly, to encourage maximum awareness of the body, and in particular the spine.

Movements are co-ordinated with the breath, allowing the ‘breath to lead the body’. Dru Yoga includes unique Energy Block Release (EBR) sequences to aid the safe release of trapped, negative energy which builds up during our hectic lives. Releasing this energy through movement can enhance our physical, spiritual and emotional health.
