Demetia Resource Centre
The Dementia Resource Centre will be hosting an exercise group for people living with dementia and their carers. Although it is a group activity, exercises are based on individual ability and pace so that everyone can benefit and be part of it.
Sessions will be delivered by Peterborough United Foundation.
First 3 sessions free of charge £3 per person thereafter.
