Hampton College Primary
-
Hampton College is an ‘all through’ school catering for children and students from 4 – 19 years old. The primary phase was established in 2012 and currently offers primary school education for children in reception to year 4. The school will grow one year group at a time until 2018 when our first year 6 classes will open.
At Hampton College Primary we have established an ethos based on positive relationships and mutual respect between each other. The College Vision and Values form the core of our ethos as an ‘all through’ school, with the PROUD aspirations promoting our Vision and Values in a primary friendly way.
Our vision at Hampton College is to be an outstanding college. Our mission is to meet the needs of our children and to equip them to fulfil their potential, and to provide high quality learning and leisure opportunities for members of our community. Our values are summarised by the following eight statements;
- we value people
- we value learning
- we value positive behaviour
- we value health
- we value leadership
- we value our community
- we value our environment
- we value the future
Further information about our College Vision and Values can be found on the Hampton College website.
At Hampton College Primary, we are committed to promoting and achieving equality of education and opportunity for all pupils, staff, parents, carers and visitors connected to our school, irrespective of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion and belief, gender, sexual orientation or socio-economic background.
We strive to develop a culture of inclusion and diversity in which all those connected to the school feel proud of their identity and able to participate fully in school life. We tackle discrimination by the positive promotion of equality, challenging bullying and stereotypes and creating an environment which champions respect for all. At Hampton College Primary, we believe that diversity is a strength, which should be respected and celebrated by everybody in our school community.
