At Milk & More, we have always taken great pride in serving our community, and we are as committed as ever to our values and to delivering to each and every one of our highly valued customers. We appreciate that in these challenging times, many of our customers, old and new, will be relying on our services more than usual, and we are determined to continue serving you when you need it most.
With the ever-changing situation, we are remaining responsive and continually reviewing our operations to ensure we can continue to deliver to you as best as possible. As a result, we have implemented some changes, as set out below:
At Milk & More, we're always happy to answer any questions you may have. To make things quicker and easier for you, please visit our extensive FAQs page where you may find your query answered.
If you are trying to place or amend an order online, the quickest way to do so is to log in to your account. You can change orders for a specific delivery day through the 'My Orders' section, or amend your regular order using the 'Regular Items' section. For more information please see our video on changing your order.
If you are an offline customer and deal with your milkman directly then please leave a note out with your order requirements and your milkman will process this.
In the instance we weren’t able to deliver to you or you had some missing items, please check the 'My Transactions' section of your online account. Your refund will appear here. There may be a delay in the order status updating in your account so we thank you for your patience. If you do not receive an update, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to contact our refunds team.
If you do need to speak to us about any other reason then please call us on 0345 606 3606 and select option 4 and one of the team will be able to help you. Please be aware that due to a significant increase in demand for our service, we are receiving an unprecedented number of customer contacts and at times we may have a higher than normal waiting time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery Times: We can no longer guarantee morning deliveries, but our milkmen and milkwomen will still aim to get all deliveries out before the end of each delivery day. In the instance that we can’t deliver to you, we will email you.
Ordering Times: We have brought the last order time forward to 12 midday on the day before your next delivery, instead of 9pm. This is to ensure we have enough time to gather up all orders,
We thank you for your patience during this turbulent time. We have no doubt that we can stay in the heart of the communities we serve throughout this health crisis and hope we all work together through this.
Our Precautions Surrounding the Coronavirus
Here at Milk & More, the health, wellbeing and safety of our customers and staff is our first priority. As a doorstep delivery service, our milkmen and milkwomen aim to deliver before 7am; this in itself minimises human contact and therefore reduces risk, but they have been instructed to have no contact with our customers.
Our milkmen and milkwomen also carry hand sanitisers that will be used in between each delivery. Please rest assured we will continue to monitor the situation closely and ensure we follow the guidelines/ updates published by Public Health England and the World Health Organization.
