Our grounds are extensive, with attractive gardens bearing a variety of trees, hedging and a field. Our playground has a ‘quiet area’ with seating and shrubs, for children to escape the bustle of the playground. We have a ‘Trim Trail’ on our field, which is made up of play equipment designed to aid children's fitness.
A new Children's Centre has now been built on the site, and is providing a valuable resource for the whole community.

We offer a graduated model of special educational needs and disabilitites asssessment and priovision, from Targeted (school-based support) through Targeted Support (school-based with advice from external agencies) to Education and Health Care Plan (shared responsibility between the school and the local authority).
Pupils with special educational needs and disabilitites are encouraged to become increasingly independent and take responsibility within the school.
