We support people with a learning disability in their own homes with all aspects of their daily lives, and to access their local communities and make use of local amenities. We provide flexible, person-centred support for people with a learning disability. We make sure that people with a learning disability are in control of their own support. People are supported in all aspects of day to day living including housing, education, social and leisure opportunities, community involvement, citizenship, work, finances, relationships and health. We support people with a learning disability and any other needs from the age of 18 and there is no upper age limit to the support provided.

Anyone with a learning disability, their family, friends, or circle of support can make contact to arrange support or this can be arranged by social care professionals. We accept referrals from Childrens and Adults Social Care professionals.
