The Peterborough Arts Cinema is an independent cinema. It is not for profit and run by volunteers known as the Peterborough Film Society.
We screen recently released films from the UK and around the world.
The member's vote on films to show based on a list of innovative and inspiring recent movies. The selections include films by regarded directors or featuring outstanding actors.
Come along and see for yourselves. Our aim is to show films that inform, challenge and entertain. We guarantee they will spark thought and debate.
Tickets are available on the door from 7.10 pm.
Tea, coffee and other light refreshments are available before the screening. Afterwards we chat about the film over drinks at The Ostrich, a pleasant little pub around the corner.
Screenings are on Thursday evenings in three 12 week seasons a year:
January to March
April to July
September to December.
