We provide a range of personalised, community support solutions to Adults 18+ with a sensory impairment who may have additional complex needs. We offer an alternative to traditional services enabling people to retain or improve their independent living. We enable people with a sensory loss to access the community, to be able to communicate with others and travel safely within their community. We ensure that people know what is going on in their community and the options available to them so that they are able to make an informed choice .
