Elderly Accommodation Counsel (EAC) is a national charity that aims to help older people make informed choices about meeting their housing and care needs.
FirstStop is now the main vehicle by which EAC delivers its mission, and all its other activities are designed to support the FirstStop venture. These other activities include:
- Developing our Housing Options for Older People (HOOP) online service in partnership with local authorities and others
- Maintaining information resources
- Web and ICT development
- Running and building the National Housing for Older People Awards
