Camtrust was started in 1995 to provide meaningful education and vocational training for adults with disabilities. They believe that everyone should be given the opportunity and support to achieve their dreams and aspirations. All sessions are tailored to suit individual needs, allowing everyone to join in a full range of activities. All learning is underpinned by embedded literacy and numeracy. Camtrust aims to encourage independence, social interaction, confidence building and well-being in an inclusive and supportive environment. Activities include cooking and baking, learning about computers, creative writing and learning some basic skills, such as DIY and bicycle maintenance.
