Peterborough Chess Club

Peterborough Chess Club are a friendly and active chess club. Players and newcomers of all abilities are always welcome.

We meet at the Bridge Club on Lincoln Road on a Thursday evening from 7.30pm – 10.30pm. 

Never played chess before? Why don’t you come along and meet us to find out what it is about? Newcomers are aways welcome and our members will gladly teach you how to play chess.

Our more experienced players also provide training sessions aimed at helping players of all abilities to improve their game.

We also hold fun events like quickplays and rapidplays, and have social evenings.

If you want to come along just to play some casual games, you can do that too. The more the merrier!
