We are here to support you
Supporting young people up to the age of 25 with mental health, caring responsibilities, housing, sexual health and more.
Do you help to look after someone in your family?
It might be someone with a disability or a long term physical or mental health need, or maybe there is regular drug or alcohol use. You are a young carer and Centre 33 are here to help. We can support you to overcome any challenges or barriers you are facing because of your caring role.
If you need someone to talk to, our phone, text and WhatsApp lines are open between 12-5pm Monday to Friday and 10am-1pm on Saturdays. Outside of our opening hours please leave a voicemail or email. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours*.
Due to coronavirus we will be offering most of our support via telephone. We have had to close our hubs temporarily and we will only be holding a very few appointments, drop-ins or meetings in person until further notice. At this time, we are unable to offer any counselling appointments in person. A worker can talk you through the options.
We will continue to offer support to our young carers during this period of closure, via phone / text support where possible. If you need to get in touch with the team please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and leave your full name and contact number. Someone from the team will be in touch with you within 24hrs .
If you need urgent support then please look here: ‘need help now?’ We will keep our website up-to-date with information that is available.
* We are unable to check any messages on Saturdays after 1pm or anytime Sundays, or Bank (public) Holidays.
