The home help services can help with practical tasks around the home, for example cleaning, laundry and ironing. To understand your needs, Age UK carry out a free, no obligation home visit. They will then provide a tailor made plan that meets your requirements and assign a home help to you. All the home helps are individually selected by Age UK Cambridgeshire, they do not use agency staff. Each member carries an identity card and are DBS checked, fully insured and undergo extensive training ensuring their work is completed to the standard you would expect.
This is a chargeable service available to people 60 and over throughout Cambridgeshire.
