Royal National Institute of Blind People

We’re the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB), the UK’s leading charity supporting blind and partially sighted people. We offer practical and emotional support to those that need us, so they can continue living life to the full.

At RNIB, we want to create a world where eye health and sight loss is understood, everyone can live their life with confidence.

Our Services team delivers a UK-wide service every day. This include our high quality Education, Care, and Supported Living and Housing services for people of all ages with sight loss, many of whom also have complex needs. It also covers everything someone living with sight loss might need on a day-to-day basis: courses, legal rights, emotional support and counselling, information and much more.

RNIB Solutions oversees our work to help individuals and businesses find practical solutions to the challenges presented by sight loss. This includes our retail and reading services and innovating on behalf of our customers to make content, products and services more accessible
