The therapies we offer
We offer a range of talking therapies & counselling in our Peterborough service, including:
- SilverCloud (online therapy course)
- Guided self-help based on CBT
- CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy)
- Counselling
- EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing)
- Interpersonal therapy (IPT)
