Girls Only!

‘Us Girls’ will help you make new friends, keep fit while most importantly having fun with the girls!

For most teenage girls the secret to being happy is enjoying time with friends, feeling good about themselves and having fun. ‘Us Girls’ is a free social club for teenage girls aged 12-19 who can come along and make a new circle of friends.

US Girls Hampton

Our GIRLS ONLY Club at Hampton Leisure Centre, PE7 8GL is open every Wednesday between 4 and 6, come along and get involved with a range of Dance and Fitness Activities as well as having some chill out time with your friends listening to your favourite music.
Throughout the year we try to offer lots of opportunities to earn rewards like nail treatments, hoodies or even trips so bring your friends along and get involved!

US Girls Voyager

The 2nd of the 3 GIRLS ONLY Clubs is based in Walton at the Voyager Academy, PE4 6HX every Wednesday between 5 and 7, similar to the club in Hampton we have a range of Sports and Fitness Activities you can try or just simply hang out with your friends.
We always want to listen and hear from you so keep telling the coaches what you want to do and we’ll endeavour to make it happen for you! So get yourself down to Voyager and have your say on what you want to see happening.

US Girls East

Our final GIRLS ONLY Club is based at Thomas Deacons Academy, PE1 2UW on a Friday evening between 6.30 and 8, you can come along and choose what you want to do! If we’ve got the equipment we can play it, whether it be a sport or not this club is completely tailored to you and your friends.
So pop along on a Friday evening and get having fun with friends.
