Anglia Communicators Toastmasters Club
Due to recent events of COVID- 19 and the government directives we have moved our meetings on-line. Please contact our Club President for a invite-link to our next meeting. It is free for you to attend and we guarantee to share support, community and hope in times that are challenging. Keep Safe, Keep Happy.
The club has been assisting men and women in the Peterborough area to improve their public speaking skills since 2002.
We are a supportive, friendly Toastmasters club of 25-30 members; our membership covers the spectrum of individuals, from students to retired persons, from the self employed to managers and professionals, from new members to the more experienced.
Our aim is to support each other in progressing towards our public speaking and leadership goals, and to have fun along the way.
Toastmasters is a place where you develop and grow - both personally and professionally.
We provide a positive and supportive learning environment where you will have the opportunity to develop communication skills.
You join a community of learners, and in Toastmasters meetings we learn by doing.
Whether you're an executive or a stay-at-home parent, a college student or a retiree, you will improve yourself; building skills to express yourself in a variety of situations.
You'll open up a world of new possibilities: giving better work presentations; leading meetings - and participating in them - more confidently; speaking more smoothly off the cuff; even handling one-on-one interactions with family, friends and colleagues more positively.
