Walking for Health Walks

Walking for Health Walks

Ever feel like it’d be nice to get out and about more often? Get a little more fresh air in your lungs? Be more active? Lots of us wish we did more exercise. We know it’s good for us and we know our health’s important.

We are delighted to announce that we are working with Walking for Health and will be running local walks in the Peterborough area, our first walk dates have now been confirmed and details can be found below.

At the moment around 70,000 people are currently taking part in walks up and down the country. This low impact exercise is a great way to burn some extra calories while also getting chance to enjoy the local scenery.
