First Steps Children's Centre

Service Details

Children’s Centres support families with children under five.

They offer access to free health and family support, help with finding jobs and training, drop-in sessions, and activities and information about local childcare and early education.

We offer free play and learning sessions for you and your child/children to enjoy.

Antenatal care and education in all our four centres

Weekly baby clinic where you can get baby weighed and have a chat with the health visitors.

There are lots of adult learning opportunities from:-

• Food Hygiene
• Relax, Chat and Learn for Parents
• First Aid,
• Parenting Courses

We also offer TESOL classes for anyone who has English has their second language for parents and lots more…….

We have four children’s centres but also run sessions at other Venues such as:-

Peterborough Foyer, the Olive Branch, the Iqbal Centre, Parnwell Primary School Mobile
