We provide care for children and young people from 0-16 years old primarily in families' homes, and also run specific in-reach to some clinics in the local acute hospital.

We accept referrals from clinicians and social care professionals working with children, young people and families who are registered with a Peterborough based GP practice and some areas of NHS Cambridgeshire (Yaxley, Whittlesey, Oundle & Wansford). New referrals are dealt with on receipt by the member on staff on duty at the time. Immediate action will be taken on referrals received by 12.00 if it requires immediate attention.
