Stars pre-school- Parnwell is a much needed community resource situated in the newly renovated Parnwell community centre found on route to the Parnwell primary school, between the shops and the doctor’s surgery.Stars pre-school – Parnwell is registered with OFSTED and offers twenty six places for children each morning and afternoon, catering for children aged 2 to 5 years. At the pre-school there is a dedicated team of six level three qualified staff who have worked in the pre-school for many years and have established excellent relationships with local families.
The pre-school has nurtured excellent links in the locality including, Parnwell school, the local travelling community, the newly acquired Eastern European community and relevant agencies. Some off these include the speech and language team and the local health visiting service. In short the Pre-school has become truly embedded into the culture of the local community and is starting to make quality emerging links with the East children’s centre to enhance services to local families.
